Overview
The award-winning Spa at Chatham Bars Inn is the only Forbes Travel Guide Four Star Spa on Cape Cod with five treatment rooms, an outdoor Zen Garden with massage cabanas, a dedicated spa pool and hot tub, relaxation room and a spa boutique.
We are looking to fill the position of Spa Attendant. This is full time year-round opportunity.
The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa. In addition, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for greeting, orientating the guests to the amenities in locker room and escorting them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments. The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service. Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning POS system is required.

- Ensure prompt response and follow up to guest’s needs
- Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards
- Superior communication and organizational skills are necessary
- Flexibility for schedules, holidays and weekends will be required
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or comparable alcohol service certification
