Controller

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial compliance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with GAAP. This role will oversee cash flow management, budgeting, audits, and internal controls, providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The Controller will also mentor the accounting team and work closely with leadership and auditors to drive efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Lead annual audits and implement accounting process improvements.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Oversee debt payments, compliance reporting, and tax processing.
• Manage relationships with external tax and audit partners.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in financial operations.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to drive performance.

Requirements

• Accounting degree; CPA preferred.
• 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, including audit management.
• 3 years in a leadership role managing accounting teams.
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
