What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager you'll be serving as the main point of contact for our clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for staffing clients, addressing their needs, questions, and concerns regarding benefits offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at staffing firms and brokerages
- Work with staffing firms to customize benefit packages (health, dental, vision, etc.) to suit their temporary workforce.
- Educate clients and brokers on new benefit offerings
- Oversee the enrollment process for staffing clients’ employees into benefits programs.
- Assist staffing clients in communicating the benefits offerings to their employees and ensure that employees understand how to access the benefits.
- Provide training to staffing firm administrators or HR teams on how to manage the benefits for their temporary workers.
- Act as an intermediary between staffing clients and insurance carriers, assisting with any claims or issues related to benefits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to the administration of benefits for staffing clients and their temporary employees.
- Help staffing clients make data-driven decisions to enhance the value of the benefits program for their employees.
- Identify opportunities to grow the relationship with staffing clients by cross-selling or upselling additional benefits products.
- Work with sales teams to help grow the client base and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term retention.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between staffing clients, employees, or benefits providers.
- Investigate complaints or issues and offer solutions, ensuring that both the staffing client and employees are satisfied with the resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staffing clients to ensure they are happy with the benefits program and that it continues to meet their evolving needs.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to the benefits package or administration process.
- Stay informed about trends in benefits offerings, health insurance changes, and staffing industry needs, ensuring the benefit plans remain competitive and appealing.
- Assist account management team in projects on an as needed basis
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar industry or level-equivalent experience is required to be considered for this opportunity.
- Ability to commute into office and work on-site 5-days a week.
