- Enter vendor bills into the system, organize them, and prepare for monthly payments.
- Collaborate with the operations manager on monthly draw applications for general contractors.
- Handle phones and emails, ensuring timely communication.
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable processes, including bill entry and payment preparation.
- Effective communication skills, both written an verbal.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Background check required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
