Overview:
The ideal candidate will ensure drivers adhere to FMCSA Part 395 regulations, manage ELD systems, and monitor driver logs for accuracy and compliance. You will act as a key resource for drivers contractors, and operational staff, providing troubleshooting support, and guidance on HOS regulations to promote safety and efficiency.
Duties:
- Educates Driver / Contractor Network on FMCSA Hours of Service Rules and Regulations According to FMCSA Part 395.
- Driver log auditing and correction, Real-time HOS tracking and analysis, Managing violations and ensuring resolution, Proactive monitoring of driver compliance.
- Administer and oversee completion of driver assigned remedial trainings.
- Assist driver network with installation and set up of ELD and Dash Camera device solutions.
- Other tasks assigned by The Director of Safety.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in transportation industry or trucking industry with experience in customer service, data entry, analysis, and reporting tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment .
- Ability to clearly communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary network.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, IOS, Android mobile devices.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills to address compliance issues proactively.
- Experience working with AS400 preferred but not required.
