Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the safety and compliance team to ensure optimal day-to-day operations and adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement safety training programs tailored to our DOT-classified workforce.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for accident investigations, providing guidance and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct data analysis on incidents and violations, using insights to implement preventive measures.
- Monitor compliance with FMCSR regulations, ensuring CSA scores and associated data are accurate.
- Oversee driver hiring standards and safety performance through audits and evaluations.
- Manage the company’s DOT random drug and alcohol program in line with FMCSR policies.
- Lead the Accident Review Board and ensure accurate Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
- Foster a culture of safety through effective communication, training, and mentoring initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience with DOT regulations and safety administration in transportation, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and operational management software such as TMW.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A reputation for integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and sound business judgment.
- Travel up to 20% to nearby domiciles
