Duties & Responsibilitie
- s:Monitor USD daily cash report saved in OneDri
- veManage Vendor Master in Orac
- leReport abnormal AR USD checking a/c debits to the manager and irregular AP USD checking a/c credits and debi
- tsMaintain and assign distribution set in Oracle per payment request of vendor invoice ty
- peManage and update Vendor Master data in Oracle, W9 or W8 & ACH Vendor Fo
- rmVendor Master and Form 1096/1099 data coheren
- ceRespond to Vendor Payment que
- ryFollow up payment request rollover into AP Invoice workbench w/o aged Vendor invoice line items and file payment request paperwo
- rkMaintain and Monitor Vendor AP weekly payment by type in OneDri
- veMonitor USD daily cash report to detect fraud transactio
- nsCommunicate with employees, vendors dispute issues, and reconcile vendors' accounts to count spending periodical
