The expected annual salary range for this role is $125062.47 - $183424.96 a year.

What You’ll Do
Finance Transformation – SCM
- Partner with Corporate SCM Finance and FP&A Pillars to define roadmap for establishing Aero SCM finance COE organization.
- Complete Work level assessments of SCM Finance processes and reporting (ECOMAT/SAVMAT, etc), to develop recommendations for standardization and efficiency of calculations; standard work, centralization and consolidated Aero Group reporting
- In collaboration with Pune CoE, Corporate Finance Transformation, develop recommendations on resource requirements, systems capabilities (ERPs/Snowflake), and support to deliver roadmap execution to support Aero Divisions.
- Partner with Aero Finance Transformation Director to provide leadership updates, project execution recommendations, and benchmarks across the enterprise
- Support Supply Chain financial analysis and reporting in support of operational reviews. (i.e. monthly actuals / forecast, monthly operating reviews, annual profit plan, and other performance measurement needs)
- Lead Aero consolidation of ongoing economic Impacts, facilitating cost mitigation and pricing actions across stakeholders
- Partner with SCM Directors on delivering financial insights related to direct material procurement costs, supplier spend, commodity/category trends, inflation, and savings. Reconcile reporting with P&L performance (PPV, Usage variance)
- Finance lead for Aero SPIR process, reconciliation with profit plan, and facilitating inputs to divisions on forecast (P&L connectivity between SCM and Finance)
- Coordinate with Aero SCM Director on Resiliency Projects and visibility to investment and benefits
- Collaborate with Corp SCM team on Working Capital oversight and initiatives that deliver FCF performance; Citi SCF program, Payment Term Initiatives, Supplier Term segmentation, SCM38 exclusion list.
- Support Materials planning team on Inventory analysis; Aged WIP, Raw Days on Hand, Slow-moving and Obsolete, driving days on Hand (DOH) performance.
- Partner with SIOP team on linking SIOP outcomes to Inventory forecast; Demand and Supply Planning, Kinaxis scenarios, Financial reconciliation
- Support Divisional Finance teams on annual Standard Costing process – standardization and alignment, along with analysis of standard cost role to Commercials and Operational teams.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Divisional Finance and SCM on annual Physical Inventory counts and cycle counts, providing insight on standardization and best practice across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years' finance experience
- Bachelors degree in finance or a related function
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future

- This role is not open to relocation. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of one of the locations listed
- Masters in finance or business related function
- Previous experience with manufacturing industry
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Project management experience within finance or business transformation
- Strong business acumen and working knowledge of financial systems
- Conduct analysis as requested or initiated and present the findings and / or the recommended course of action to management.
- Ability to report project transformation updates throughout different managing levels within the organization
