We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our group. The ideal candidate will possess strong Word and Excel skills and will support all functions related to the construction department. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the construction team with administrative tasks to streamline the sales process.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage subcontractor database, track RFP responses, generate reports, and track key performance metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the construction team.
- Prepare and distribute bid documents, track subcontractor proposals, and subcontractor and prime contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
