Job Overview

We invite applications for the position of Data Analyst, an integral role within our dynamic Business Intelligence Department. The successful candidate will harness the power of data to transform it into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data using statistical methodologies to produce regular reports
• Develop and implement robust databases and data collection systems, ensuring data integrity and optimizing statistical efficiency
• Acquire and maintain data from various primary and secondary sources, meticulously reviewing for accuracy
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within diverse data sets
• Cleanse data by scrutinizing reports, performance indicators, and locating discrepancies
• Maintain comprehensive databases and monitor quality control measures for continuous improvement
• Create and review specialized analytical reports and presentations tailored to business needs
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience with data-driven tasks and analytics
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is advantageous
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and/or NetSuite Analytics preferred
• Exceptional ability to interpret and convey complex data clearly and effectively
• Detail-oriented with a firm commitment to the quality of work
  
  

Qualifications

• A College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in reporting and/or analytics within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated capacity for self-motivation and teamwork
