What You’ll Do in The Customer Success Manager Role :

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer engagement by expanding their use of our services, based on customer usage patterns and relationship development
Develop and nurture relationships with new customers and support customers on how our services best meet their needs
Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening, probing questions, and observing body language to close sales
Identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Create and execute sales plan, leveraging market insights to maximize revenue.
Represent our company’s values and commitment to excellence during every interaction.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

1-3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales-related experience preferred—but we love go-getters and fast learners, too.

A knack for understanding client needs and providing solutions that add value.

Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a talent for building rapport.
