Our Dental Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience of our office and being a productive member of the front office team. From answering the phone to making appointments and discussing treatment, our ideal candidate will excel in:
- Exceptional patient communication & education

- Proven computer & time management skills
- Productive appointment scheduling & efficient workflow processes
- Achieving goals with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Fast-paced environment with a service-driven mindset
- Understanding of & working with various dental insurance plans
- Assisting patients in achieving optimal dental health through regular professional care
- Prior experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Slack & Microsoft programs a huge plus!
