We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor, who has passion for providing excellent service and promoting a team environment. To join our team at the Eastern slope Inn Resort in North Conway.

The Front Office Supervisor, provides supervision, leadership-by-example, training, problem-solving, and guidance to all guest service staff of the front office. Coordinate guest services and daily operations of the front office with all resort departments to ensure service-exceptional vacation experiences and achievement of Net Promoter Score goals, Revinate and RCI standards. He/she must be capable of providing constant feedback to both staff and management regarding guest service and department operations. He/she will report to the Front Desk Manager, and will act on his/her behalf and assume full responsibility for the department in the manager's absence while actively participating to ensure the smooth and timely completion of daily guest service responsibilities.
