BerryDunn has partnered with our client, Allagash Brewing Company, a leader in the craft beer industry, to find a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team. This senior leadership role is a critical driver of financial operations at Allagash, overseeing everything from accounting and budgeting to compliance, business intelligence, and strategic financial planning. As a key member of the strategic operations team, you'll work closely with leadership to guide financial decisions that align with our values of quality, sustainability, and growth.
What You'll Do :
As our Senior Finance Leader, you'll oversee the entire range of financial operations for Allagash Brewing Company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights that drive our business forward. Your core responsibilities will include :
Accounting & Financial Management :
- Lead all accounting functions, including budgeting, cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, and employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Spearhead the annual financial statement audit and collaborate with external auditors.
- Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Continuously improve internal financial processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
