Job Summary
The Production Data Coordinator is an aid to all Dimension Areas. This person helps organize all information flow for Dimension plants by using computer programs and paperwork regularly. They work closely with Dealer Services and the Research and Development department to ensure the accuracy of information sent to the Dimension plants
Duties and Responsibilities
- Print, sort, and distribute all production paperwork.
- Design all production cut lists and final staging lists, making sure they come out on proper paperwork for the Dimension areas.
- Maintain and repair all electronic routes through Dimension plants including all UPS and EOL routes.
- Troubleshoot electronic problem areas.
- Order and maintain inventory for the Dimensions, such as janitorial items, labels, toner and ink for printers, paper, and other supplies as needed.
- Build and maintain subassembly formulas, and add any new parts into Merlin.
- Communicate routing and cut lists for Merlin parts and subparts.
- Operate as a liaison between production buildings and the office.
- Assist with high custom jobs to make sure that production has all parts to complete the job, and clarifies orders as they hit production.
- Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Multitask and work in a team environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- And all other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Required Education, Training or Experience
- Must be fully trained and able to perform required job tasks in the assigned department.
- Minimum of 18 months of related experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read measurement tools.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to or exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
Work Environment
Employees must be able to cope with Iowa climates; endure heat and cold conditions in the building. Fast paced workloads and loud noise levels are normal. Paint fumes and exposure to chemicals associated may be present. Personal Protective Equipment as required by OSHA will be provided by the Company.
