They accomplish this by assigning projects, managing the workload, and maintaining an accurate timeline for projects using our project management tool, Workfront. The project manager is an organized and professional self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Administrator: Serving as Workfront point person and managing the tool to support the team.
- Problem solver: Juggling competing priorities with limited resources.
- Collaborator: Working with leadership, account managers and creative team to keep projects on track.
- Facilitator: Tracking down missing information and removing roadblocks to get the job done.
- Diplomat: Managing expectations and deadlines to keep everyone satisfied.

Responsibilities/Duties Of The Job
- Day-to-day Workfront management, troubleshooting, and support.
- Determine, manage, and allocate team resources to ensure workflow meets required deadlines including assignment of jobs to team.
- Organize production workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production, anticipate and resolve any issues that arise, notify leadership, and adjust production timelines.
- Seek ways for teams to better and more efficiently use Workfront to get their work done.
- Backup to running production meetings.
- Backup to Production Coordinator – Entering jobs and tasks.
- Create and produce regular analytics reporting as outlined by leadership.
- Additional support for the CCE team as needed.
- A four-year degree or higher in marketing, communication, business, or computer science
- Creative agency experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience navigating projects, people, and processes in a business setting.
- Workfront experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal language proficiency.
- Excellent people and listening skills.
- Operation of office equipment and using technology efficiently such as computers, phones, misc. office equipment.
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision.
- Moving throughout the VGM facilities when needed.
