As a RPD (Removable Partial Denture) Dental Lab Technician at Bertram Dental Lab, you will be working in the advancing field of dental technology. You will work within a Finishing Department of Dental Lab Technicians that understand their final product helps and affects people’s day to day life. Our varying positions work together in various departments to help repair, design, create, and maintain the most consistent partial frameworks (Removable Partial Dentures) available.
Department Duties:
- Team members work in sedentary and mobile positions while using fine motor skills to quality check and operate small high-speed dental motors, polishing machines, casting ovens, laser welding, dental hand tools, and more.
- Quality checking frameworks and attention to detail will be highly important.
- Reporting to your department supervisor, you will learn, grow, and gain experience.
Department Details:
- 35-40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends.
- Starting Time: 6:00am (or earlier) - until the work is done (generally between 2:00pm/2:45pm).

Skills Required:
- Must have an eye for detail and ability to follow direction.
- Must be willing to learn new skills.
- Previous hands on dental or jewelry experience a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Manual dexterity in both hands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- There are a mix of day-to-day duties that are sitting down at a workstation and duties that require more standing and moving around, as well as lifting 15lbs throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
