Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the Vehicle Test Driver Program.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and staffing agencies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in developing job descriptions and postings that attract high-quality candidates.
- Successfully recruit candidates across different states and time zones, ensuring we have coverage and talent for all required locations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skill working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volume of vacancies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for roles in the automotive or engineering industries.
- Knowledge of vehicle testing and driver recruitment.
- Strong networking abilities and a talent for building relationships.
- Proven recruitment experience with a staffing agency.
- Knowledge of the automotive or engineering sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed.
