Quality Engineer – Join Our Engineering Team !
We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations. In this hands-on role, you'll be directly involved in quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of our Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support MRB (Material Review Board) and first article inspection activities
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Coordinate effective corrective actions for customer complaints and returns
- Assist final inspection processes as needed
- Prepare capability studies and analyze data for trends and process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve part and process-related issues
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Solid technical background and relevant experience—aerospace industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills
- Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
