Joe has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge of the real estate profession. He was the 2022 Realtor of the Year for GCAAR, was the 2009 GCAAR President, served on the Board of Bright MLS for seven years, was the 1999 Rookie of the Year and has won many other industry awards. Joe owned his own brokerage for 13 years and has trained many successful agents. In addition, Joe has built a large and successful social media presence.

Summary:
The Real Estate Assistant will provide general residential real estate brokerage support for Joe. The assistant will also receive training and coaching from Joe for the Assistant’s own business. When not doing work for Joe, the Assistant will pursue their own real estate business. The Assistant will work in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Best Address® Group, LLC. This is a full time, independent contractor position with evenings and weekends required. Applicants must have an active Real Estate Salesperson license in at least Washington, DC and willing to obtain licenses in Maryland and Virginia.
