Responsibilities:
- Engage in one-on-one consultations with clients to gain insights into their financial objectives and assess their eligibility for mortgage loans
- Educate clients on a range of mortgage products, terms, and options, providing tailored recommendations based on their individual requirements
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, assisting them in gathering necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to lending standards
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and processors to facilitate a smooth loan approval process
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining transparent communication with clients and agents throughout the loan process, addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, lending trends, and evolving mortgage guidelines to ensure compliance and offer informed advice
Qualifications
- Have NMLS License or in process of obtaining
- Excellent knowledge of finance, underwriting, and loan origination
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Coachable – willingness to learn and grow
Salary : $2,800 - $25,000
