We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Service BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, scheduling service appointments, and driving the growth of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information on available services, promotions, and customer benefits.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
