**Job Summary**
Best-One Tire & Service is seeking a skilled Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of commercial tires, as well as performing fleet checks and minor service repairs on customer vehicles.
**Responsibilities**
- Remove, install, rotate, balance, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires
- Prepare retreads by discussing tread options with customers, preparing work orders, and loading treads into staging areas
- Raise and lower vehicles safely using hydraulic or floor jacks, and operate all shop machinery
- Read work orders thoroughly and perform all listed tasks within company time standards
**Requirements**
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
