Day Treatment Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall functioning and administrative oversight of the Day Treatment program.
• Consults and collaborates with internal as well as external customers, service providers, and resources on behalf of the program, department and agency.
• Responsible for the development of service program annual budget and ensuring that program meets or exceeds budgetary targets.
• Provides operational and administrative supervision and direction for Day Treatment leadership and others as assigned. 
• Provides direct client services as needed to clients in the program including intake, assessment, therapy, and/or care coordination services.
• Promotes quality within program areas and identifies appropriate action plans to accurately reflect and promote resolution of identified challenges.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.  Two years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW or LPCC) required. Supervisory experience also required.
