What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Treatment Program Manager position at Best Point Education & Behavioral Health?
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a Day Treatment Manager for our Day Treatment programs at our Butler County campus at 3101 Dixie Highway, Hamilton OH 45015. This individual provides management to the Day Treatment programs. Provides assistance to the Chief Clinical Officer in departmental planning and implementation of services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall functioning and administrative oversight of the Day Treatment program.
- Consults and collaborates with internal as well as external customers, service providers, and resources on behalf of the program, department and agency.
- Responsible for the development of service program annual budget and ensuring that program meets or exceeds budgetary targets.
- Provides operational and administrative supervision and direction for Day Treatment leadership and others as assigned.
- Provides direct client services as needed to clients in the program including intake, assessment, therapy, and/or care coordination services.
- Promotes quality within program areas and identifies appropriate action plans to accurately reflect and promote resolution of identified challenges.
Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:
This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field. Two years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW or LPCC) required. Supervisory experience also required.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
