The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Director of Day Treatment Program oversees all areas of the program services and serves as a primary voice for clinical strategy and program development decisions in support of NewPath's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the operations and efficacy of the Day Program areas.
- Work closely with the Organization's leadership by establishing and sharing strategic objectives.
- Establish current and long-range goals, plans and procedures for program areas in alignment with organizational goals and mission.
- Actively explore new contract opportunities that are mission consistent.
- Ensure program employees are providing competency-based clinical supervision.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting the school and clinical services.
- Ensure that all client documentation is current and complete.
- Ensure clients are served at the appropriate level of care and receiving all necessary resources and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field.
- Independent License (LISW or LPCC), and in good standing with the professional board, preferred.
- Minimum of five years' clinical or care management experience; preferably experience with at risk youth.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.
- Be able to work both independently and as a team.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
