Stafford Solutions is seeking a dynamic Pilot Manager to spearhead advertising sales and secure new sponsorships for our two well-established and highly regarded local magazines serving the College Grove and Franklin, TN areas:

 * College Grove Neighbors

 * Neighbors of Franklin

These publications, powered by Best Version Media (learn more here: https://www.bestversionmedia.com/magazines/collegegroveneighbors), are integral parts of their respective communities, delivering engaging local content directly to residents' mailboxes.

As our Pilot Manager, you will be responsible for:

 * Actively selling advertising space within both magazines to local businesses in the College Grove and Franklin areas.

 * Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential new sponsors and partners.

 * Developing and presenting compelling advertising and sponsorship proposals.

 * Achieving and exceeding sales targets for both publications.

 * Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

 * Staying informed about local business trends and opportunities in both communities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

 * Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or a related field.

 * Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

 * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

 * A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

 * Familiarity with the local business communities in College Grove and Franklin is a plus.
