What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Concierge position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring Pool Concierges for the upcoming summer season. This position greets and welcomes members and guests to the pool area, maintains order and cleanliness, assists in pool operations and events, and performs administrative tasks as needed. Essential Functions:
- Check in members and guests at the pool front desk and distribute towels upon request
- Charge guest fees if applicable
- Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean and safe environment
- Take reservations for swim and dive coach lessons and organize schedule
- Communicate with members effectively about changes to pool openings, closures or issues
- Answer the incoming telephone calls to the pool house
- Help with organization and planning of pool events such as Swim and Dive meets and other special events
- Collect and organize lost and found
