Job Description
The RN Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. This includes organizing and maintaining staffing guidelines, communicating with team members, and monitoring patient responses.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct emergency situations, such as fire alarms or elopements.
- Maintain accurate nursing reports, staffing sheets, and census rosters.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and other vendors/services.
Qualifications
- Current and good standing RN License in State of New York.
- Experience with geriatric/short-term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable.
- Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
