Job Description
Bettcher is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and create itineraries.
  • Assist with benefit enrollments and terminations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Screen calls and respond to emails.

Requirements:
  • Prior office experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
