Job Title: Customer Success Partner
Wage Range: $22.50 - $25.50

In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our Accredited Businesses (ABs)—their strategist, and trusted advisor. From onboarding to renewal (and everything in between), you’ll provide top-tier consultative support that helps our partners maximize the value of their accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted guide , delivering proactive outreach that drives business success.
- Host regular check-ins, share strategic insights, and keep your caseload thriving.
- Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities.
- Spot red flags before they wave—develop retention strategies that win hearts (and renewals).
- Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence—across email, phone, or Zoom.
- Stay up to date on policies, best practices, and everything in between.
- Keep our database squeaky clean and packed with the most accurate info possible.
- Jump into our 740 Benefit Queue with professionalism and heart.
- Tackle special projects.
