As an **Office Assistant** at Better Buyer, you will be responsible for keeping our real estate projects organized and running efficiently. Your role will involve managing documentation, ensuring timely communication with attorneys and other stakeholders, and keeping our project files up to date. ### **Responsibilities:**
- Organize and manage real estate project files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and updated.
- Track the progress of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, closings, and sales.
- Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Maintain and update internal databases, contracts, and property records.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, contracts, and required documentation.
