Job Summary:
Better Pool Management is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle billing and payment processing. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to our clients in the pool care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling pool service appointments.
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure accurate appointment scheduling and timely service delivery.
- Process client bills, invoices, and payments using company software, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of appointments, billing, and payment transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving basic issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and updating client information as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
- Experience with billing, payment processing, or bookkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, or billing systems).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
