- 5 years as a Law Firm Office Manager in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Proven financial management expertise – trust accounting, client billing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Timeslips, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Top-tier client service skills – Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and ability to de-escalate concerns.
- Obsessively organized & detail-oriented – You thrive on structure and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred—equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
