Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility as an Assembler. This role involves inspecting tools before working, move pieces in/out to the assembly area, assemble pieces, and arrange the finished parts. Will ensure the quality of products on the assembly line while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Assemble components on the production line efficiently and accurately.
- Follow detailed instructions to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical operations and equipment handling.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Proper maintenance of tools and housekeeping in the area to prevent slips/trips/fall hazards.
- Maintaining proper spacing between pieces.
- Work cautiously with hand tools to prevent equipment-related injuries.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Starting Pay is based on experience.
