- Develop and implement programmatic goals and objectives aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
- Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
