Pay Range: starting at $26/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (one week on call per month)

The Plumbing Dispatcher plays a critical role in organizing service calls and efficiently dispatching technicians to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to schedule service calls.
• Effectively dispatch technicians based on zone, skillset, and availability.
• Answer incoming calls and adjust the technician schedule in real-time.
• Track and log technician hours and job progress.
• Use plumbing knowledge to accurately estimate job durations.
• Maintain constant communication with techs and customers for smooth service delivery.
• Manage the dispatch board and ensure efficient job flow.
• Support plumbers with purchase orders as needed.
• Assist with customer service calls and various administrative tasks.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years dispatch experience
• Customer service and phone handling experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Service Titan experience
• Excellent verbal communication & multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with San Antonio and surrounding areas
• Plumbing industry knowledge is a plus
