Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to schedule service calls.
- Effectively dispatch technicians based on zone, skillset, and availability.
- Answer incoming calls and adjust the technician schedule in real-time.
- Track and log technician hours and job progress.
- Use plumbing knowledge to accurately estimate job durations.
- Maintain constant communication with techs and customers for smooth service delivery.
- Manage the dispatch board and ensure efficient job flow.
- Support plumbers with purchase orders as needed.
- Assist with customer service calls and various administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years dispatch experience
- Customer service and phone handling experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Service Titan experience
- Excellent verbal communication & multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Plumbing industry knowledge is a plus
