We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled Patio Enclosure Sales/Foremen to join our team.
This position will start as installer to learn installation of product but will turn into sales position. construction background is required, sales exposure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install patio enclosures, 3 season rooms, retractable screens, louvered roofs and associated products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation.-
-Have strong communication skills with exposure to sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field is required
- Knowledge of building materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.- Exposure to sales as this position will turn into sales role
-Must be able to travel, we are opening Lake of Ozarks location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
