Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions within client organizations. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in various accounting and HR systems will be essential in providing clients with the best possible experience.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for software implementation.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct data migration from existing systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation phase and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including client interactions and project milestones.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Experience

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Paychex, QuickBooks, ADP, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources processes is a plus.
• Understanding of general ledger accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Experience with technical accounting tasks or clerical duties related to financial reporting.
• Knowledge of workforce management tools like Kronos is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,447.00 - $69,056.00 per year
