Duties

- Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct data migration from existing systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation phase and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including client interactions and project milestones.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Experience
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Paychex, QuickBooks, ADP, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources processes is a plus.
- Understanding of general ledger accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Experience with technical accounting tasks or clerical duties related to financial reporting.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools like Kronos is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
