Operation Specialist - Bilingual Chinese-English

Summary

As an Operations Specialist specializing in warehouse operations, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and shipments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will leverage your bilingual skills to support a diverse clientele and coordinate with internal teams. Your core strengths in communication, data management, and organizational skills will be key to maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage and track shipping schedules, resolving delays or discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Address and resolve operational issues, such as damaged goods, lost shipments, or order discrepancies, in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and address process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse managers, to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
