Bi-County Collaborative seeks outstanding and highly motivated applicants for the position of a part time (.6 FTE) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Responsibilities:
•Conduct functional behavioral assessments
•Develop and oversee behavior support plans for in-classroom implementation
•Directly train and supervise team members around behavior plans, curriculum modifications, and accommodations
•Conduct ongoing probes to assess fidelity of interventions and provide feedback to staff regarding programming and IEP implementation
•Attend IEP and progress meetings and report on targeted objectives
•Participate in clinical meetings as needed
•Develop data-taking mechanisms and reporting strategies for clinical information
•Ensure all students are safe by implementing and monitoring de-escalation strategies
•Monitors student performance through ongoing formal and informal assessments
•Work closely with related services providers and support staff to provide individualized services as outlined in student IEPs
•Provide consistent and on-going communication with parents as needed
