Bi-County Collaborative seeks outstanding and highly motivated applicants for the position of a part time (.6 FTE) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Position Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessmentsDevelop and oversee behavior support plans for in-classroom implementationDirectly train and supervise team members around behavior plans, curriculum modifications, and accommodationsConduct ongoing probes to assess fidelity of interventions and provide feedback to staff regarding programming and IEP implementationAttend IEP and progress meetings and report on targeted objectivesParticipate in clinical meetings as neededDevelop data-taking mechanisms and reporting strategies for clinical informationEnsure all students are safe by implementing and monitoring de-escalation strategiesMonitors student performance through ongoing formal and informal assessmentsWork closely with related services providers and support staff to provide individualized services as outlined in student IEPsProvide consistent and on-going communication with parents as needed
