Distribution Company is in need of an Office Administrator. This position is responsible for a main office which receives orders from different locations. The position is in charge of tracking customer equipment, supporting program guidelines, A/R and collections. Office is located in central Phoenix.
Skills Required: Strong customer service, good communication and writing skills, well organized, trustworthy and reliable. Good attendance is a must.
Duties: Tracking Equipment and Machines, Collecting payments and sending statements, creating spreadsheets, answering office phone, taking product orders. Will be depended upon drivers for leadership and encourage sales. Light filing and open to take on tasks and completing them in a timely manner.
Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have experience in Windows software common programs.
