This position will be responsible for all front desk tasks and assist in all day to day responsibilities to keep processes on track for success. From big to small, all tasks are critical and need the most detailed and self motivated person to get it all done in a timely and professional manner.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct office phone calls
- Manage all warranty logs, from incoming requests to finalizing calls
- Scheduling technicians for residential, commercial and multifamily calls through Housecall Pro
- Assist customers with making appointments, creating estimates, and ensuring they have an efficient, and extremely positive experience
- Work with various departments to invoice service calls
- Track invoices, take customer payments, open/close accounting files
- Maintain customer data base
- Keep file systems up to date and organized
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, etc.
- Keep office, break area, uniforms, and supplies organized and stocked
- Communicate professionally with vendors, business partners and fellow teammates
- Perform administrative duties and support other office team members as needed
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
