We are looking for a Buildertrend Estimating & Implementation Specialist to help us optimize and fully integrate Buildertrend into our workflow. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in Buildertrend and construction estimating, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine job estimates within Buildertrend, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Set up and customize Buildertrend for seamless project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Train our team on best practices for using Buildertrend effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, templates, and project cost structures.
- Troubleshoot any issues within Buildertrend and work with Buildertrend support as needed.
- Assist with job costing, invoicing, and tracking project profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Buildertrend is a must – experience setting up and managing the platform.
- Strong background in construction estimating and project management.
- Familiarity with construction workflows, job costing, and scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to train and support a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
