Job description
Big Jeff Online Inc. is an eCommerce retailer specializing in car audio and electronics. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and assist customers with basic customer service and sales. You’ll communicate with customers via messages and over the phone to help them place orders online across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shopping and order inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, and messages
- Help customers navigate the online purchasing process
- Support customers on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and our own website
Skills & Qualifications:
- Computer savvy and comfortable working with eCommerce platforms
- Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Ability to work both in-office and communicate with customers through multiple channels
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Monthly sales bonuses ranging from $250.00 to $1,000
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Company insurance after 60 days (100% life, dental, and vision; 50% health insurance)
- Paid time off
- No nights—day shift only
