Landscape Gardener

Pay: $18-22/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning with the use of powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, rakes, and hand pruners.
· Participation in training and helping build a team with your Crew Leader.
· Preform all work in a safe professional manner.
Schedule:
· Full-time: 10-hour days through the growing season, Tuesday-Friday with voluntary overtime on Mondays. Schedule subject to change. 30-50 hours per week depending on the season.

Qualifications:
· Hardworking and dependable.
· Previous landscape maintenance experience.
· Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing approximately 50 pounds.
· Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Desired (not required):
- Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
- Plant Identification, care needs
- Disease and pest identification, pesticide knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Fine pruning and plant growth habit knowledge
- Pesticide apprentice license or ability to obtain it.
