Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintain standard operating procedures for the kitchen
- Manage inventory and maintain key performance indicators
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience and leadership in kitchen
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary arts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
