BigFoot Staffing is excited to help our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, who is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join their team as a direct hire . This role plays a critical part in creating a positive employee experience while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources (HR) department. The HR Generalist will manage hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance, all while supporting the organization's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Core HR Functions :
- Embody company core values, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment while driving cultural change.
- Partner with managers to recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee employee onboarding, including background checks and eligibility verifications.
- Provide support for employment-related inquiries, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
- Execute HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, and training.
- Develop and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead HR projects, such as compliance reporting and UKG Recruiting initiatives.
