The Digital Marketing Account Manager role is designed to assist the Sales and Operations teams with the resources to retain, manage, and grow existing clientele. This role requires the ability to maintain deadlines and communicate missed deadlines to the Operations team. Goals will be achieved through transparent and timely reporting, client communication, setting goals, determining actions to achieve the goals, and overall strategy implementation. Also, this is very much a client-facing position. You will develop amazing relationships with companies all over the country. However, we are held to a high standard to produce bottom-line metrics for our clients. With that comes heavy accountability and pressure to produce real tangible R.O.I results. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and needs professionally (in-person and through written and phone communication).
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on campaign progress and performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process by outlining campaign goals, reporting metrics and overall client expectations
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
- Provide budget allocation recommendations based on campaign goals and performance.
- Have a sense of urgency in all tasks (day-to-day and ongoing)
- Must be proactive when difficult situations arise, find solutions and be able to communicate those options to the team effectively
Reporting Analysis & Growth:
- Create and deliver regular analytics reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Use analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients based on reporting metrics.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team and business development team to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Communicate client feedback and needs to the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years Account Management or Agency Experience
