About the Role: Are you a highly organized, detail-driven individual with a passion for fitness? We’re looking for an Member Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team and be the key support in delivering an exceptional experience at our boutique gym.

What You’ll Do:

• Administrative Excellence: Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and communication with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, address membership inquiries, and ensure their needs are met to provide a top-tier gym experience.
• Team Collaboration: Support trainers and management in keeping operations smooth and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.
• Caring Support: Serve as a friendly, empathetic point of contact for clients, positively impacting their fitness and wellness journeys.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in office software, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a friendly attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine Care: A true passion for helping others reach their fitness goals and promoting wellness.
